Our Lewisville, Texas facility has over 20,000 square feet of manufacturing space. We have single-station thermoforming machines ranging from 2′ x 3′ to 5′ x 9′. For high volume, cost-effective production, we also have a 4′ x 7′ Rotary Thermoforming machine with a cycle time that is 2.5 times faster than standard single station machines. Our fabrication facilities include two 5′ x 10′ CNC trimming centers for primary and secondary trim operations.
We use Solid Works software for design and CNC interface. We will assist you with product design and development, including process and material selection. For prototypes and pre-production, we can use low-cost wood or polyurethane molding and tooling and aluminum tooling for production parts. Our focus is on delivering quality that exceeds your demands at a highly competitive price. We employ extensive quality assurance procedures and policies, plus staff at Hill Plastics all have a minimum tenure of 20 years as industry professionals. They use this experience to streamline the manufacturing process and hold molding and trim details to print specifications and tolerances.
